Jon Gerster - Site Supervior
I joined SAC in March of 2015. I graduated from Buena Vista University with a Bachelor's in Pre-Ministry in 2009. Just recently, I furthered my education by graduating from the Leadership Development Institute in 2014. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and interacting with youth as I have extensively worked as a Youth Leader at Okoboji Lutheran Bible Camp ELCA in Okoboji, IA, Hosanna Church in Lakeville, and a City On A Hill Church in Rosemount. I love mentoring/coaching kids, encouraging them to find out and use some of their gifts and talents, and providing different avenues of individual learning techniques. I love to cover songs and play music on my guitar, go to the movies, eating at juicy lucy establishments, running, reading new books, and hanging out with friends and family.

Hi! I moved to the States 20 years ago from Japan. I started working with SAC last November and really enjoy being with all the children. They are so funny sometimes and the stories they tell always make me smile. When not at work I enjoy reading and attending my two boys soccer and baseball games.
