Amanda Shadoin - Site Lead
This is my 4th summer working at STORM. I'm excited to meet you all and for all the fun activities we have planned this summer! I enjoy biking, golfing, skiing, being on the lake and outside, reading, and spending time with my family, friends, & boxer, Reggie.
Renee Gerster - Site Lead
My name is Renee Gerster and this is my third summer with STORM! I like to run, bike, hike, do yoga, play music, garden, and paint. This summer I am excited for crazy competitions, biking around West St. Paul, and going on fun adventures around the Twin Cities and beyond!

After graduating from the University of Minnesota: Twin Cities with a degree in Youth Studies, I am dedicated to community engagement and youth participatory empowerment. Young people are more willing to respect their surroundings if they are included in important transformative decisions that directly effect themselves and their world.
Lauren Kress - Site Lead
My name is Lauren and I joined SAC this school year. I taught middle school for 5 years and I am excited to be with this age group again during summer SAC. In my free time, I enjoy going on walks with my dog Armani, cooking, antiquing, and spending time with family and friends.
Terri Kayoum - Special Education Paraprofessional
Hello, this is my 2nd summer working with STORM! I enjoy working with youth and coaching. I live in WSP with my husband and four children, spending most of my time at my sons sporting events, enjoying trips to Brainerd, and shopping with my daughter.
Kellee Engel - Special Education Paraprofessional
I have worked with the district in special education since 2001, and this is my 2nd summer working with STORM. I have twins, a boy & a girl, who just turned 22. I enjoy biking, exercising, gardening, and being outside.
Chris Bolchen - Special Education Paraprofessional
What's happening STORM? My name is Chris and I'm excited to be part of the Noreen crew again this summer. I enjoy the outdoors, biking, camping, canoeing and fishing. I'm glad my summer gig allows me to do all of that.
Mark Krey - Special Education Paraprofessional
Hi! I've been with SAC for 15 years and with the district for 25 years in a variety of exciting positions! I'm looking forward to mountain biking, cycling, kayaking, and all the fun adventures we have lined up this summer. A few of my personal hobbies are mountain biking, cycling, working out, dirt bike riding, and yard work.
Noah Shepherd - Special Education Paraprofessional
Hello! My name is Noah Shepherd and this is my first summer with the STORM program. I am currently pursuing my elementary education degree at Bemidji State University. In previous summers I have worked with a camp up in Lutsen, MN, and I am excited to work with STORM this year!
Eric Anderson - Support Paraprofessional
I graduated from ISD 197 and am currently a Physical Education major at UW River Falls. I started working at SAC in 2015 and have worked on and off since then, enjoying the energy of the students. In my free time I enjoy playing with my rambunctious three year old nephew and doing outdoor activities.
Charlie Davis - Inclusion Specialist
I like to play rugby and basketball and read or watch documentaries in my free time. This summer I am looking forward to building on our successes from last years summer SAC program in order to provide the best experience for our attendees this summer.
